Training & Development Intern

We are looking for passionate final year student or fresh graduate to be part of our Training & Development Team as Training & Development Intern. You will learn how to do a proper training execution from program that has been developed and also take insight based on training that has been delivered. You will work closely with T&D team, Engagement Team, HR team and other related parties to support the training. We are looking for someone who was great interpersonal skill, excellent in communication and passionate in creating impact for team development.**Responsibilities**- Helping in conduct training program based on developed module. (Product training, soft skill and competencies).- Managing stakeholders to ensure the training conducted properly- Able to create simple report from every training executed (attendance, feedback, etc)**Requirements**:- Good communication and presentation skill- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal & external parties- Have basic knowledge in excel to convert data into presentation- Prefer graduated or finished skripsi- Able to communicate in English
