Recruitment Specialist (Fluent In English)

Handling end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes.- Create a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections.- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.- Communicate and coordination with supplier and stake holders.- Develops and handle employee contract terms.- Assist the leader in HR domains work.- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.**Requirement**- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration, or related major.- Has strong experience as a full time Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (min. 3 years).- Excellent communication in English.- Open minded, attention to detail and careful.- Resourceful in overcoming roadblocks that hinder processes.- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.- Comfortable with change - knows how and when to be effective.Jenis Pekerjaan: KontrakPanjang kontrak: 12 bulanGaji: Rp10.000.000 - Rp25.000.000 per bulanPertanyaan Lamaran:- Do you speak fluent in English Speaking ?
