Senior Hr (Recruiter)

We are looking for Senior HR (Recruiter) to help us manage our recruitment process. If you have experiences with sourcing potential hire and evaluating them, we'd like to meet you- Create job description that fulfill business requirements- Good understanding of Indonesian Employment law & regulation, be able to advise management with regards to it- Assist with onboarding of new hires- Develop and manage employee retention program**Job Requirements**- Previous work experience as HR Recruiter or Headhunter- Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred- Solid verbal and written communication skills- Great negotiation skills- Proficient with using HR applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn**Job Type**: Part-timeAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
