Tech Recruiter

We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the end-to-end process to fill in IT-related/technical positions within organization of Aleph Labs. To be a successful technical recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.Collaborating with department leaders to compile a consistent list of requirements.Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.Completing paperwork for new hires.Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as part of employer branding activities and good employment opportunities.Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.Bachelor's degree in any major, or equivalent experience.Has more than 2 years of proven experience on recruitment processes and databases.Have proven experience in recruiting technical/IT positions.Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.Good proficient in English.Excellent analytical skills to design and implement recruiting strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.Hands on experience with various selection processes.Strong decision-making skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.
