Sales & Marketing Assistant

**About the role**As our Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will support Client Services team and Marketing team in executing sales and marketing activities. Reporting to Client Services director, responsibilities include;a) Marketing planning - Research of marketing activities and co-planning of marketing calendarb)Marketing execution- Execute marketing activities including e-newsletter dissemination, customer surveys, marketing campaigns, social media management, web site update etc.- Track and report marketing performancec) Client Services support- Co-ordinate and prepare monthly sales report- Support client's projects in administration, reports- Bill and track clients' billings and payments promptlyd) Support in administrative duties as assigned**About you**- Preferably based in The Philippines, Indonesia or Malaysia- Preferably Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field- Proven experience in marketing roles- Demonstrable ability to multi-task, well-organised and adhere to deadlines- Good knowledge of digital marketing, database management, market research, advertising or equivalent- Exquisite communication and people skills- Speaks and write English well- Chinese language proficiency will be a plus**Application**Please submit your CV/resume, and sample works to showcase your language and marketing expertise.
