Sales Manager

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets- Maintenance and in-depth management of industrial customers- Identify the needs of customers- Good at team building, made sales plans, mentoring employess to help them achieve sales target- Assist headquarter to develop sales policy and business process- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent- Bachelor degree in above in any (international trade/e-commerce/finance/management are preferred)- English as working language, Mandarin is preferred- At least has 3 years team management experience- At least has 3 years working experience in international trade or e-commerce platformPT Osell Selection Indonesia
