Kalapa Technology helps to transform conventional business models into modern business models that are faster, more precise, and more effective with the support of digital-based technology, strategy, planning, design, and operations**Responsibilities / Job Desk**:- Identify and research potential clients through various channels including LinkedIn, Company website, and Industry events- Assess the needs of potential clients and qualify them as appropriate for the sales team- Schedule meetings and calls between potential clients and sales representative- Canvassing to generate potential clients and get initial meeting - Generate new leads- Build & Expand the sales pipeline- Work under specific KPI**Requirement Intern SDR**:Fresh Graduate or FInal year student from marketing/Business or any related major Charismatic and engaging personality.Fast & willing to do Business Development activities Full WFOGood Communication Skill (Verbal & Written)Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's Degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholdersProactive and self motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challengesInternship commitment: Full time internship for at least 3 (three) months and will be promote to our employee based on performanceJenis Pekerjaan: KontrakPanjang kontrak: 3 bulanGaji: Rp2.010.000 per bulan
