South Jakarta, JakartaWork Type: Full Time- Reaching out to all applicants in order to confirm and persuade each of the applicants into becoming students.- Monitoring the applicant's payment status to ensure all payments are settled before the beginning of a class.- Generate and find new leads through partnerships with schools and universities.- Develop report i.e. track the number of leads coming in and conversion data.- Analyze insight from the report and issues to find a solution (problem-solving).- Bring out new marketing ideas/insights (online and offline).**Requirements**:- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.- 3+ years preferably in business development or sales especially B2C.- Have interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and judgment.- Have negotiation and sales presentation skills.- Have great skill in persuading and presenting products- Entrepreneurial mindset and have proven experience in selling
