We are looking for LB's future leaders - people who are passionate, driven and have outstanding potential.You will be given the opportunity to demonstrate your new professional skills and knowledge during a final presentation, providing you a strong foundation to start building your career.You will deep-dive into Finance department during the duration of your internship, function as a full member of the team and achieve business objectives through your daily responsibilities and your team-specific anchor project.Our ultimate goal is to bring great talents to LB. All LB interns will have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time role with _#TeamLB_."The Retail Intern role is dedicated to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the head office operations and also store's administrative.**Main responsibilities**- Retail Administrative & Support _- Assisting to compile name lists in the disciplinary matrix and communicate with Store Managers on any change in statuses.- Collect all HR/misc documents from the store and direct the documents to the necessary HO departments.- Pack and distribute welfare/welcome packs for new joiners.- Work with the Area Supervisor, Retail Assistant and Visual Merchandiser to improve the team's productivity by coordinating training across different functions; ensuring smooth communication and preparation with all stakeholders.- Provide support in rolling out retail initiatives.- Store Operations_- Provide assistance for any major events. (e.g. new store set up & opening)- Assisting on purchasing goods and supplies as necessary for all stores.- Update announcements portal (Padlet) for new announcements posted in Whatsapp chat.- Liaise with Retail Assistant if there are troubleshooting operational tech & equipment, such as POS issues, fabric & production defects, resolving customer grievances etc.- Coordinate and ensure timely set up of stores for inventory stocktake and inventory discrepancies.- Support planning, organisation, and execution of retail events and be present where required.- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.**Requirements**:**Requirements & Experiences**:- Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.- Good team player, highly initiative, diligent, and fun-loving.- Meticulous with details and works with a positive attitude to meet deadlines.**What You Should Be**:- A passion and genuine interest in fashion and retail.- Strong multi-tasking and execution abilities.- Customer-centric and people-oriented, able to retail staff issues well.- An ability to think /work systematically.- A self-starter, proactive and hands-on approach.
