Operational Supervisor

**Job Desc**:- ? ?Leading all designated departments within the company- ? ?Maintain company Standard Operational Procedure for designated department- ? ?Know and discuss all operational problems with the General Manager- ? ?Make daily reports on outlet and production operational conditions- ? ?Protect and provide education about company values to employees.- ? ?Creating a conducive and harmonious work environment- ? ?Handle customer complaints well and evaluate every complaint that occurs with the head of the department involved.**Qualifications**:- ? ?Experience as Operational Supervisor for 3 years minimum- ? ??Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent, Retail preferred- ? ?Honest, Strong managerial and communication skills is a MUST.- ? ?Have good leadership and life values**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- How many years of experience do you have in this role?**Experience**:- Operational Supervisor F&B: 3 years (required)Ability to Commute:- Serpong (required)Ability to Relocate:- Serpong: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
