Details of the offer

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Responsible for generating SOP and implement process improvement for commercial & operation.- Collaborate and contribute with other divisions to plan, schedule, and execute action plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness on SIRCLO Services' needs.- Initiate and lead project to improve the current process (ie. supply chain, operation, commercial) and suggest improvements- Enhance workflow and cross-operation-departmental engagements- Continuous process improvement**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor's degree with preferred major on: Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Management/Logistic- Have at least 1-3 years of working or project experience in Process improvement & SOP Creation roles will be an advantage- Strong leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills- Self-driven individual with high ownership and a sense of accomplishment.- Strong attention to detail and analytical mind with business acumen- Good attitude to connect with others, self-driven to complete task, and high initiative to take action and a team player- High proficiency in Microsoft Visio/Draw.io/Flow Process- Familiarity with supply chain process or FMCG industry (plus point)- Willing to work Hybrid (WFH and SIRCLO Warehouse)
