**Manage overall HR & Administration functions**: recruitment, compensation & benefit, human resources report, time attandence, leave, etcCreate and review employee employment contracts (PKWT) as well as conduct performance appraisal (PA)Create HR Procedures such as SOP Program, job description, training and developmentAssist HR Manager in the implementation of policies related to human resource organizational, recruitment & retention: taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns, compensation & benefitsEstablish working relationships with facility provider vendorsEstablish working procedures for inspection and maintenance facilitiesHandle complaints related to office facilities and infrastructureEnsure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment lawWorking with managers, coaching them and advising on all issuesCoordinate with other departments, make monthly work targets and present work to managementAge maximum 35 years oldAt least bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource ManagementMinimum 3 years of working experience in the same positionAttention to detail, fast learner and integrityHave experience with ACCURATE systemHave time management & change management skillsHave great responsibility, mature person & can work under pressureHave good leadership skills & deciplineHave attitude relation and able to communicate with all employees (all level)Have a strong knowledge of Indonesian Labour Regulations and Local Labour Authorities-DISNAKERHave driving license (SIM A)Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
