An HR Manager job has just become available at a big healthcare facility company based in South Jakarta. This position will handle end-to-end HR with GA, facilities, and HSE. The main requirement of this role is someone with long-standing tenure in the same company (minimum of five years in the current company).

About the HR Manager Role:
In this role, you will support the management in all HR-related matters for all employees. You will be the point of contact for employee questions on HR matters and participates in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the company follows all employment regulations such as employment taxes, minimum regional wage, mandatory employment insurances (BPJSTK and BPJS health) and all labour laws Manage the strategic hiring for both medical and non-medical positions Train and develop employees, including mandatory training including health and safety and other compliance training Supervise the compensation and benefits area Take charge of the strategy in organisational development, L&D, talent management, etc. All the rest of general affairs and ad hoc projects in HR areas
To succeed in this HR Manager role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with management team, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:
Graduate from a reputable university in Indonesia and/or overseas graduate, preferably majoring in law, HRM, psychology Minimum of 10 years' HR experience. Strong in operations and used to building the HR department from scratch Five or more years of experience in the same company Must be fluent in English (written and spoken) Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and to act with discretion and diplomacy is mandatory Patient and objective personality A proactive team player with a strong sense of customer service and problem solving Effective computer literacy – Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and JDE or other ERP systems Genuine concern for people, must possess strong personal values for integrity, respect and fairness and above all be compliant with company policies and all statutory legal requirements
