**About the role**:- Daily checking of Ticketing system and responding for reaching SLA.- Conduct troubleshooting root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive measures during and after each incident.- Write incident reports- Do periodic monitoring of the dashboard related to the product.- Do monitoring of production alerts.- Collaborate with the engineering and product team to find appropriate solutions**About You**:- Strong sense of debugging and troubleshooting issues out of your mind is a must.- In-depth knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL).- Thorough understanding of the Agile development process.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and passion for learning.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.- Available to respond and handle after hour issues.- Proficient in the use of JIRA for managing ticketing.- Knowledge in any programming language is a plus
