**Responsibilities**:- Lead Customer Support team to make sure smooth operation process to deliver excellent customer satisfaction- Initiate improvement strategy to increase customer satisfaction rate- Maximizes on customer support operational performance through the provision of technical advice to customer support agents, detecting and diagnosing customer support issues, and analyzing and solving those issues- Ensuring that customer support agents have managed all customer complaints or feedback in a satisfactory manner, resolving all issues within reasonable time.- To make sure and collaborate with relevant departments during the process in order to deliver excellent service to the customer.- To make sure that all the process are delivered in accordance with the company policy and procedure.**Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor degree from any field- At least 5 year(s) of working experience of customer support engagement and successful leadership experience with a proven track record of leading people, building teams, and structure, preferably in online retail industry- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and collaboration with other departments- Good analytical thinking and time management skills- Good communication skill both in Bahasa and EnglishApplication Question(s):- Please let us know your salary expectation
