Job Description:
Responsible for all HRD&HSE aspects and managing the organizations of HR& HSE Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices. Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of organizations mission. Give evaluation for operational activity and operations team members. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of HR Services & HSE proceses. Develop good industrial relations and in accordance with the provisions of the labor law & HSE regulation.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent. At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Understanding of Recruitment, OD & People Development, Comben, HR Services, Industrial Relation& HSE Good in managerial team and communication skill. Strong in Industrial Relations & HSE knowledge. Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent. Willing to be placed at Jakarta.
