PT Artha Dana Teknologi provides loan services, installments without credit cards, HP credit and PayLater services.Starting from the many requests from the public who failed to get financial product services by banks in Indonesia, PT Artha Dana Teknologi presented Indodana as a solution to make it easier for the public to access various financial products.**Job Description**:- Maintain the confidentiality customer privacy including complaints or requests from customers- Provide solutions to customer complaints- Make a complaint report or customer request- Establish good communication with customers**Qualifications**:- Male/Female- Age maximum 30 years- Min. D3- Have minimum 1 year experience as Customer Support / Call Center / Contact Center- Have a good communication skill & interpersonal skill- Required skill(s) : Ms.office and Internet
