Customer Service Representative

We are a national multimedia company with clients throughout the US currently in search of a Customer Service Representative.**Work from home with the following qualifications**:Excellent English (speaking and writing) skills, little to no accentData entry experience (will be tested for speed and accuracy)Work from a home environment free from background noise (children, traffic, dogs, etc.)High-speed internet.Standard US work hours Answer phone and assist customers at level 1Follow-up callsEnter call information into the database.Escalate level 2 calls to management.Data Entry as needed.Assist with other tasks as needed (training will be available for other tasks).**Job Type**: Part-timePay: Rp2,300 - Rp2,700 per hour**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Customer Service Representative: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)
