***:Culture & Engagement Specialist is responsible for modeling the values and culture that we are building and supporting at Alterra Bills, also delivering engaging employee experiences that create a connected, inclusive, aligned, and motivated employee base.**AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Defining, implementing and maintaining the Company's Culture and Value across the organization- Effectively communicating and mentoring employees on the company's values and principles- Promoting a positive and supportive work environment and company culture by developing programs and initiatives to support the company's mission- Conduct research on world-class best practices to solve the complaint & increase the two cultural metric scores (Core Competencies & Gallup Q12)- Develop initiatives that enable all employees to engage and align to the strategy and help articulate and develop new ways of working that are required to deliver the organization's goals.- Develop an approach and strategy for employee engagement, including the annual engagement Survey encompassing full implementation, stakeholder plans and management, communication initiatives, leader/team capability development and ongoing monitoring of engagement and focused actions in response to Engagement experiences and feedback.- Strategizing and implementing internal and external employer-branding initiatives/programs- Translate company value proposition into attractive and interactive social media content- Measure the success of employer branding initiatives and each social media campaign by gathering the necessary social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices. Then, use that data to improve upcoming campaigns.- Execute regular town hall meetings or regular messages, as well as other employee events and communications, to ensure visibility of the company's performance, progress, and purpose- Collaborate with the HR business partners on communications related to change initiatives and culture activation**POSITION REQUIREMENT**:- Bachelor's degree in any field. Preferably around Management, Social, & Psychology fields.- 2-3 years of experience in the Culture and Engagement fields.- Strong interpersonal skills to manage a variety of stakeholders- Good written and communication skills (English & Bahasa)- Familiar with handling employee engagement events/program- Good project management skills, high ownership- Good public speaking- High creativity and ideation- Digital savvy**Alterra Bills is a Technology Company based in Jakarta.
