Business Development

Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand to agencies and direct brands- Achieving assigned sales targets and Contribute to the sales strategy and effort.- Make reports on prospective clients development on daily basis- Develop Mid and Long term plans and keep updated an account plan to the company standard for all accounts- Demonstrate ability to coordinate with creative/production team and conduct self-research, in order to create top-notch proposals, presentations, and pitches.- Consulting with clients on business issues and research design.- Have a good network of clients and partners- Excellent communication, lobbying, sales, and negotiation skill.- Attractive, strong self-confidence, and highly motivated.- Have a good knowledge of marketing, sales, advertising, digital- Maintain existing business- Think critically when planning to assure project success***Salary**: Rp6,500,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- Business Development: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)- Mandarin (preferred)
