Job Decription:- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers**Requirements**:- Have passion for Sales and the process- Have a leadership spirit and creative in thinking- Bachelor of Communication/Economics graduate is preffered- Able to work in a teamwork to achieve targets- Have good communication and presentation skills- Preferably those who have strong links and networks in FMCG companies- Able to speak English- Mastering Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint- Able to drive a motorized vehicle (have a driving license)**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
