People are key to Shopee's growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.- Handle end to end process of Vendor Onboarding and Vendor Maintenance- Assist and Guide Vendor how to complete the registration process and due diligence process- Review and conduct due diligence for comprehensive list of suppliers for tender preparation- Review Information and Document related Vendor Management process- Sourcing, selecting, and maintaining all potential vendor- Maintain relationship with stakeholders (internal and external)- Present business findings and recommendations clearly and confidently to sponsors and key stakeholders**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree and above from all majors- 1-3 years of relevant Vendor Sourcing or Vendor Management experience- Able to communicate both verbally and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia- Strong business process execution with a "continuous improvement" attitude- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills to present your findings to stakeholders of all levels- Excellent analytical skills; hands-on experience in crunching data - from scoping the analysis to creating reports- Ability to provide a report in Excel, PowerPoint and Chart
