Supply Chain Admin (Logistics)

Strategic managers, content specialists, conceptual creatives, producers, SEO experts, product managers, and others are among the impact players who are held match-fit for your brand.**Responsibilities**- Reconcile invoices from third-party vendors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established agreements.- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from external vendors, identifying trends and areas for improvement.- Maintain and monitor ending stock inventory across all warehouses, coordinating with the Inventory Master Warehouse team to optimize stock levels.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.- Generate weekly and monthly reports on supply chain metrics and performance.- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management policies and procedures.**Requirements**:- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supply chain or logistics administration role.- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.- Familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the supply chain industry.IkMytpQFcK
