Material Management Coordinator Itc Mangga Dua

**Job Descriptions**:- Plan, organize, and control the flow of material from their initial purchase to the service point through distribution.- Analyze materials needs for building/mall operations.- Make a purchase order, work order (SPK) for outsourcing, and budget plan.- Seeking vendor or potential business partner to provide material for building/mall.- Keep detailed records on materials quantity, specifications, etc.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Cost Control/ Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator in Consultant or Contractor or Property Developer (especially for Mechanical Electrical).- Computer Literate (Ms. Office).- Have the ability to organize job priorities.- Willing to be placed in ITC Mangga Dua, North Jakarta.
