?? Job Role Develop and implement a training strategy to enhance the insurance literacy of sales partners and their customers. Create a curriculum and materials that covers product knowledge, sales skills, claim procedure, and the importance of insurance. Recruit, train, and manage a training team of approximately 10 staff members. Train the training staff on the material and delivery methods for training sales partners. Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance the competencies of the training staff. Arrange the training team's schedule to deliver training sessions to sales partners effectively. Monitor training results, analyze performance, and develop improvement plans. Serve as a bridge between Production and sales partners to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals. Standardize and document organizational know-how to maintain service quality across personnel changes. Create a mobile application for training management system to schedule and monitor training activities to enhance our training program's efficiency and effectiveness. ?? Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other training software/tools. Sales experience is a plus. ??
