More than our 6.000 employees embrace these values to ensure our success in building a better today and a brighter tomorrow.Ensure the execution of the Company's sourcing & procurement strategy in procuring IT commodities including but not limited to IT Hardware, IT Software, License, IT Services and IT Peripherals, starting from sourcing, bidding, negotiation until contract management/ PO issuance.Managing end-to-end procurement process to procure IT commodities starting from sourcing process, contracting/ PO issuance, maintaining vendor relationships, evaluating performance until risk management.Lead IT supplier selection and negotiations, review vendor contracts, ensure the most advantageous pricing, terms, discounts, allowances, quality, delivery, and service; address business unit complaints, requests, and questions and resolve within guidelines.Acting as business advisor by providing insight to stakeholders on IT commodities to secure the best deals, and identify new and alternative suppliers.**As Change Manager**: influence internal stakeholders positively by delivering value proposition, optimize resources spend (work time and cost), and co-create the to-be situation.Develop and/or update sourcing and procurement policies and procedures.
