Sales Supervisor (General Trade)

**The Company**:- Our client is a leading integrated branded F&B platform in Indonesia that manufactures and distributes food & beverage products. They proudly manufacture and distribute signature-brand and principal-brand products. Our client fosters a performance-based culture with strong family values, considering employees as the key to their success and emphasizing the importance of developing their abilities and expertise for continued growth**The Responsibilities**:- Responsible for achieving sales target in branches.- Developing and motivating sales force team to achieve individual's and team performance.- Developing trade and consumer promotions and manages execution of such trade and consumer promotions.- Controlling outlets regarding stocks availability.- Securing visibility according to set standards in all trade outlets and events.- Actively trying to create space within venues to facilitate the attainment of visibility objectives.- Supervising marketing events and programs.- Reporting: submit necessary reports periodically meets deadlines and abides by the route plans.- Developing a strong relationship of co-operation and partnership with all accounts.**The Requirements**:- Graduated with a Bachelor's/Master's Degree of any major from reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.- Having working experience in the same position sales supervisor GT at least for 2 years (from FMCG is preferable).- Computer literacy.- Familiar with traditional market business and sales activity.- Communicative, have strong personality, target oriented, self motivated, and adaptable.**_Working Placement: _**_Surabaya, Cimahi, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Medan, Manado, or Makassar._
