Role and Responsibilities- Male, with age maximum 35 years old- Bachelor Degree majoring in Agriculture & any majoring, with GPA min. 2,75- Fresh graduate / experience- Having experience in fertilizer or agriculture industry will be an advantage- Having positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skill- Strong leadership and able to work both independently and as a team player- Fluent in English both oral and written.- Detail, target oriented and able to maintain performance under pressure with limited supervision- Willing to based in Factory (Malang) & MobileWork LocationLawang
