Manager and plannign R&D operation, Product Research, Quailty control and technical support (Paint Application & Auto Tintint System) Regarding color combinations to comply eith the company policy- Providing guidance, encouraging team work to achieve high performance standards- Develop new peoducts as per customer requirements on time and in accodance with the plan set to meet national and international standards- Improve product quality, reduce costs, improve production process and workflows to be more efficiency- Modify existing products and liaise with purcahsing and production to implement them- Supervise and support Sales Kits (sample panel, technical data, etc) to support Spec and Sales team- Control and provide counseling color solution and paint system at work site- Organise product training to Sales to customers- Manage Auto tinting machine, update database and renovate old machine- Minimum Bachelor degree of Chemistry or Chemical Engineering- Minimum 10 years of experience in R&D of Paint industry (preferably for water &solvent based point)- Good command in English both spoken and written- Work based in Tangerang Area (Tigarakasa)"Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
