Project Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and maintain a master schedule for all projects in a year, aligning them with financial planning and workflow.- Estimate project costs based on previous projects, considering factors such as design, costing, and construction.- Ensure effective management of the design process and facilitate communication among stakeholders (principal, in-house team, and consultants) through the use of 3D models and technical drawings.- Manage the costing process and ensure efficient communication with vendors, contractors, landlords, and procurement teams using tools like Bill of Quantities (BOQ), appointment letters, purchase orders (PO), material selection, and work scope.- Oversee the construction process and maintain effective communication between the brand, other departments, principal, vendors, and landlords. This includes managing the fitting-out process, maintaining schedules, preparing reports, and addressing snag lists.**Requirements**:- Bachelor/ Master Degree of Architecture- At least 6 years working experience in same position- Experienced in retail industries is a must, experienced in F&B retail project will be an advantages- Fluent communication & coordination in English especially coordination with Principals, Landlord, etc.- Able to meet deadlines and work in a teamDepartmentProject & MaintenanceRoleProjectLocationsHead Office
