Some of the world's best-known businesses rely on GBG to provide digital services and keep the economy moving.**The role**Responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients' stakeholders delivering the project in-scope, on-time and within budget.**What you will do**- Coordinate internal resources and clients for the effective execution of projects- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project invoicing using appropriate verification techniques- Communicate project performance using appropriate tools and techniques- Report and escalate to management as needed- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders- Perform risk management to minimize project risks- Establish and maintain relationships with clients- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, confluence page, Jira, project online and process maps to document needs- Travelling involved**To help you be successful, we're looking for**- Bachelor of Software Engineering or Business Administration degree with relevant industry experience- Understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework- Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., waterfall / agile) with at least two years project management experience.- Proven leadership skills- Billing and risk management skills- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills- Interpersonal skills- Ability to make important decisions under pressure- Problem-solving skills- Ability to delegate effectively- Time management skills**What's in it for you?**We have a vision to have the best and most engaged team members in the industry.
