Project Management**Project Lead (Chilli)**:- Jakarta,Jakarta- Full Time**General Overview**The Project Lead (Chilli) ensure and leads project in chilli business. identify the market to grow the business, oversees daily operation of chilli team, Map and execute key operational priorities. This role will report directly to the Head of Operation.**Roles and responsibilities****Sales & distribution**Identify business opportunities and strategic partnerships for chilli business -Develop overall strategy to increase the revenue, profitability, and market share of chilli Business -Responsible for Business P&L; Oversee the performance of inputs sales and offtakes purchase -Oversee branch expenditure and develop strategy to ensure sustainable cost -Set offtakes buying price from farmer during harvest season**Operational**Assist Head of Operations in defining the optimal structure, size, geographic spread and strategic vision for operations -Oversee daily operations of Chilli team; Map and execute key short and long term operational priorities -Analyze and improvel processes to drive quality, productivity & efficiency -Identify and improve on process and procedure inefficiencies within operations -Implement control measures to ensure zero incidences of fraud -Oversee logistic and quality operations**Requirements**:- 8 years of operations experience in agri business management, specially on fresh goods business.- Solid Understanding on Fresh chilli Business and the Supply Chain.- Target result-oriented and data-driven- Comfortable working mobile and travelling.- Solid understanding of local farming (Chilli) community- Demonstrate leadership skills and team management skills- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Fluent in both local language and Bahasa Indonesia- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Ms. Excel.
