Rakamin Academy bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat Indonesia mendapatkan akses pendidikan yang lebih inklusif dan berdampak untuk membantu mereka memulai karir di bidang teknologiCollaborate with stakeholders to understand processes and assist strategies to achieve revenue targets.Execute end-to-end acquisition and nurturing processes for affiliates.Generate monthly reports and analyses regarding affiliate performance and achievement revenue.Conduct comprehensive market analysis to comprehend industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.Identify and evaluate operational and strategic aspects of the affiliate program (target setting, reporting, etc.).Assist in inspecting the user journey from the upper funnel to the lower funnel.Monitor & improve freelance operations to ensure tasks are executed effectively.Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product, Informations System, Information Technology or any related fieldMinimum of 1-2 years of proven working experience in a Business, Marketing, Product or similar roleProficiency in google workspace (Gsheet, PPT, Google Drive, etc)Have motivated and savy to explore updated trends in social media (Especially TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc) within a research frameworkProven have interest or similar experience in the edtech fieldStrong sense of ownership and accountability, with good communication & public speaking, attention to detail, good leadership skills, high learning motivation and well managed to time managementFamiliar with Experimentation and Validation Product StrategyProficiency in both spoken and written English would be a plusIf you have a strong track record of achievements or portfolio, please share with us. Your accomplishments would be a plus tooBased in Jakarta or surrounding areas and willing to wfo/wfc once a weekWilling to join as soon as possible
