Office Screener (Pre Employment Screening) - Indonesia

The Office Screener is responsible for ensuring effective, accurate and comprehensive employment background screening process and result.

Job Responsibilities
Conduct screening verification by searching on the internet, social media, database, contacting the informant such as telephone or email verification of information through comprehensif online media resources, emailing resources, and databases Email and messages to sources when required Phone conversations with university and company representatives Phone interviews with references Interviewing resources with pretext to gather deeper information Analysis of information obtained Drafting comprehensive reports Close collaboration with HR related to internal candidate screenings Consulting crucial problem to Production Manager before taking an action Giving suggestion to Production Manager related to performance of field screeners Any improvement to process and methodology Any impediments feedback and advice related to Prisma Ad hoc assignments as requested by supervisor

Job Requirements
High level of integrity Min. Diploma Degree any major Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Good communication and administration skills Target oriented English literate (other language will be advantage Japannese, Mandarin, Vietnamesse, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindustani, Cantonese)
