**Job Details****PRIMARY Purpose**:- Lead Country Project Operation together with the Country General Manager to define and implement country's operating strategy- Manage together with the other country business function Leaders to establish operation plan and ensure its effective execution**PRIMARY Duties**:- Manage Project operations organization and team- Responsible for the overall execution revenue of systems and projects- Focus on driving operational excellence throughout the country- Implement monthly control processes for cost and backlog reviews, cost savings initiatives, and estimation benchmarking together with regional team- Hiring and developing talent and talent allocation with strong hard and soft skill with technical knowledge- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention across the entire project cycle**Education, Technical Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or any related field- 8-10 years' experience in HVAC /BMS/IT/ EPC industry with managing multiple HVAC/BMS projects (>$1MUSD)- Mature in people management with strong interpersonal skill for both internal and external- Able to inspire operation team for drive the performance- Good command of written & spoken English- Good computer literacy (MS Office), MSOffice, SAP and other business tools plus digital literacy is an advantage- Have strong willing and ability to learn the new things and agileJohnson Controls values a diverse and inclusive workplace.
