Innovation is in our blood and we're looking for the brightest minds to develop world-class software that will touch the lives of many customers of our clients.**Job Description**:- Understand Client's requirement for system development and define solutions based on the Advotics product range and business domain including discussions with the product team- Develop business requirement documents based on defined solutions as basis for system development- Develop project plan and identify dependencies- Identify obstacles encountered during the project and find solutions- Manage the overall project run effectively and ensure the achievement of the project milestone- Interface with all parties involved in the project (e.g., sales, product, engineering)- Continuously drive process and operational improvements together with other Product Operation team**Qualifications**:- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical fields from top local or overseas universities- Minimum 4+ years as IT business analyst or project manager position preferably from the SaaS company- Having knowledge in Supply chain management, FMCG, Automotive is a plus point- Excellent analytical skills and strong intuitions of client behaviors- Solid oral and written communications skills- Fast learner and comfortable in leading independently without much supervision in a complex and fast-paced environment
