National Service Manager

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Perform activities support related to pre and after sales, this include machine testing and demo, installation, training, corrective and preventive maintanance
Coordinate effectively with both office team through good communication and regular meetings
Identifying individual and team learning and development needs
Ensure that all services are delivered, clearly reported and documented according to framework and platform of Syspex Service Operation Policy and Procedures
Proactively monitor all pending jobs between both company and follow-up with staff team closely,? provide support whenever necessary to speed up for permanent solution
Practice health and safety work requirement and procedure, especially working at construction side
Facilitate service team for necessary consumables, tooling, lifting and other needed equipment
Regulary reporting in writing to the management of all activitie, commercial, technical and personnel issues
Evaluation of subcontractors quotation and select qualified subcontractors for field service work needed
Provide support to any of team member when facing difficulty
Approval of sparepart, maintenance, service, overhaul margin

REQUIREMENTS:

At least bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university majoring in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or any other related engineering field
Experienced in managing a big engineering team for at least 5 years?
Having a technical background related to Syspex business
High inisiative and good leadership skill, detail oriented
Understand and having an ability to develop business
