Trade Sales & Marketing

Develop sales and market penetration strategy across multiple sales channels (online and offline, B2B & B2C)- Grow sales funel conversion rates (acquisition, retention and revenue)- Monitor growth progress, identify actionable insights to improve growth performance- Planning, development & implementation of all trade promo activities or marketing campaign in General Trade which covers proximity (warung), wholesale, HORECA, or Online Market Place or antoher distributor- Create trade promo mechanic to generate more sales uplift, implementation, analysis and next improvement process.- Responsible for marketing spends, in effective and efficiency- Collaborate with stakeholders R&D to create effective campaign and activities**Requirements**:- Have work experience in fast moving consumer goods company- Have minimum 3 years experience in marketing (brand), sales department- Strong leadership and capable to work in team- Have good interpersonal skills- Good analytical thinking (qualitative & quantitative) and have strong numerical analysis- Have experience of assisting preparation new product launch will be an advantage**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
