Middle Video Grapher

**Responsibilities**- Determine on-the-ground strategy for planning, sourcing, production, post-production, optimization, and management of visual content- Working together with Content Lead to setup implementable guidelines for photos, videos, and other visual content- Produce high quality photos/visual assets and curate these assets accordingly so that assets meet content requirements- Create, post-process, and optimize in-house photos, videos, and other visual content- Develop and maintain an extensive network of photographers, videographers, and content creators to fulfill visual content needs accross department- Plan and present photography, video, and other visual content production workshops and training materials- Employ a variety of specialized photographic materials and techniques- Operate, maintain, and set up all photography, video, audio and lighting equipments- Review sets of photographs for selected post in social media- Work closely with Creative team in setting up overall tone, style, and other standards of visual content**Requirements**:- Good communication skill in Bahasa and English, also has people skill- Experience in handling photo and video at least 2 years- Experience in handling photo editing for social media and events- Experience in studio photography- Good eye for texture, space, design, and color balance- Well-versed in still, motion, color, and B&W photography- Have excellent technical and video skills- Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative and be proactive**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: From Rp6,750,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
