Logistics Operation Manager

Responsibilities:- Responsible for planning local warehouse network (including central warehouse and city warehouse), setting up and managing warehouse distribution system.- Responsible for fulfillment of local orders, including customs clearance, local warehouse (including central warehouse and city warehouse) and management of endmost distribution (including after-sales service).- Responsible for local logistics fulfillment cycle time and costs, including provider optimization and distribution route update.- Responsible for system capacity construction related to local logistics fulfillment, including WMS system, TMS system and BMS system etc..- Responsible for construction of local logistics fulfillment team, including recruiting, training and daily performance management.**Requirements**:- 3+ years work experience of Indonesian warehouse management, B2B distribution or B2C distribution between cities in renowned companies, such as Mi, Skyworth, TCL, OPPO or vivo.- Ability to integrate logistics branches and channels of suppliers.- Familiar with local logistics/warehouse network and local logistics resources to support analytical ability of fulfillment costs structure under retail network.- Possess Internet thinking, integrate system demands during business process, improve business efficiency and promote standardized operation.- Possess strong reasoning, analysis, improvement and innovation skills, ability to realize improvement areas through data analysis and monitoring.- Self-driven, Responsibility, sense of purpose and time management.- Ability to solve problems independently and work under pressure.- Quality control experience is preferred.**Salary**: From Rp20,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- related work: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- English fluently (preferred)- Chinese (preferred)
