People are key to Shopee's growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.- Support the execution of planned learning strategies and solutions- Build and customization training topics for SPX Express team- Facilitate the smooth delivery of Leadership training programs- Able to develop an e-learning module- Deliver in-house training programs such as Leadership training, onboarding session, 101 programs, etc- Keep up with the training trends, developments, and best practices- Support the training initiatives, communicate requirements and timelines to stakeholders- Coordinate existing development programs- Support the development of curriculum and training frameworks**Requirements**:- Bachelor's/Master's degree from reputable university- 3 years of experience in leadership training and coaching- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Positive and energetic outlook, able to motivate others- Independent, meticulous, and with a strong sense of responsibility- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Independent and able to multitask and work within timelines- Experience guiding and managing a team- Excellent in English is a plus- Willing to be placed in Sunter Warehouse, North Jakarta
