Human Resources Manager

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Identity, coordinate, and/or design personnel training program, and ensure timely implementation on job training and knowledge transfer
Manage and setup recruitment, and hiring activities of employees, ensuring that staffing requirements are timely and procedures are in compliance with local requirements and company policy
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal? system that drives high performance
Provide counsel and guidance to supervisory personnel and management ensuring that daily employment practices and related issues are resolved following applicable company guidelines and company?s strategies
Arrange Payroll, BPJS

Qualifications:?

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
Required language(s):?English
At least 5-10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Have knowledge of ISO standards.
Analytical skilss and computer skills
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Willing to work at Salatiga, Jawa Tengah
