Sourcing Specialist

It is a fast-growing company, generating half of its turnover in France and the other half in Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, and Switzerland.Experiencing double-digit growth annually, Tikamoon's team members all share the same commitment: to provide quality furniture accessible to all while upholding our human and environmental values.- Are you a game-changer with _**5 years of experience in the Furniture Industry**_?_- Are you a _**social butterfly**_ _and a tough _**negotiator**_ _with a strong _**proactive **_habit?_Currently, Tikamoon is offering a career opportunity as a **SOURCING SPECIALIST** with the following job description:- Source new suppliers based on the company's specific needs using RFI and RFQ, monitoring, visiting trade fairs, etc.- **Act as the main point of contact** between **Tikamoon **and the pool of suppliers, ensuring the proper execution of contracts.- Resolve any commercial, financial, time, and delay disputes with the suppliers.- Manage and effectively monitor the suppliers' performance through rating and assessment.- Conduct annual reviews and lead negotiations.- Serve as the key liaison between the French Product Team, R&D, and Quality Team.- Provide regular reports to the Management.- Conduct regular factory visits.To succeed in this role, you should have:- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Furniture industry (any position).- Strong knowledge in Sourcing, with a minimum Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in the Purchasing field.- **Fluency in English** (knowledge of another language is a plus).- Comfortability with data and product cost analysis, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.- Experience in finding solutions to problems, maturity, autonomy, and the ability to take initiative.- **Good communication skills and a great team player**.- **Good negotiation skills**.This position is for **permanent employment (PKWTT) with placement in Semarang**.- **Note: Only CV in English that will be processed.**_Ability to commute/relocate:- Semarang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- Furniture Industry: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
