Job Role Responsible for the overall performance of all procurement procedures Communicate with F&B leaders and vendors/suppliers, on a consistent basis to ensure the best products are sourced at the best margins to improve the F&B experience of guest Manage inventories for the F&B department to ensure proper costs and levels available for the daily operation. Ensure, all product ordered is received, accounted, and processed, both physically and on internal systems to ensure the best due process. Other duties as assigned ?? Requirements Minimum 2 years experiences as Purchasing FB Bachelor degree from related major Great relationship management. Strong negotiation skills. Impeccable time-management. Strategic thinking. Ability to adapt to change. Understanding of risk management. A focus on understanding and enhancing sustainability. Understanding of the trend / newest supplier & similiar products ??
