Purchasing Supervisor

Qualifications:- Min bachelor's degree from any major.- Minimal 3 year experience as Procurement/Purchasing.- Good initiative, fast learner, honest.- Have a good communication & negotiation skill.- Target oriented and good working in a team.- Proficient using Microsoft Office and Accurate.- Can communicate in English & Mandarin (min passive).- Understand the process of purchasing and procurement of goods, the import process, and understand customs regulations.Job Description:- Handle import and local purchases.- Looking for several vendors for comparison.- Analyze vendors and suppliers to find the best vendor.- Negotiate with vendors to get the best price.- Checking the suitability between the specifications of the goods/services required by the user and those offered by the supplier.- Monitor the process of shipping goods.- Ensure that the goods arrive in good condition and arrive on time.- Maintain good relationship with vendors.- Create invoices, purchase orders/ work orders.- Perform invoice checking to ensure there are no billing errors by the vendor.Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuUpah: Rp6.000.000 - Rp8.000.000 per bulan**Language**:- Mandarin (Diutamakan)
