Procurement Officer

Responsible for company procurement system and management as well as in supplier relations.Understand client's needs and communicate with the suppliers to engage on its requirement, payment process and negotiate the terms and conditions.Support in shaping strategy and plan to engage suppliers.Acquire in depth knowledge of both client and supply base.Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify new opportunities and making the sell significant to suppliers, negotiating benefits and costs.Responsible for supplier relationships which include maintaining and looking for new opportunities.Identify the upcoming vision and goals of the department.Responsible to surpass the performances and efficiency of the team and its productivity to ensure the quality of the product and its punctuality.Able to identify which suppliers provides the best effect to the company and compile various strategies on how to improve business processes.Ensure supplier's satisfaction and able to solve issues associated with suppliers matters.**Requirements**:Have a significant and advanced procurement knowledge.Proven negotiation skills with the ability to clearly understand supplier relationship and has the ability to generate a 'win/win' outcome.A strong interpersonal skills and communication skills in written and verbal.Able to manage stress and pressure.Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English and Mandarin is a plus.Dominate persuasive and skillsMust at least possess a basic understanding of law
