**Job Description**:Job Purpose:**Monitor, support, communicate, track and ensure E2E operating process flow for the IO COE functional team's stakeholders including generate instructions, perform, maintain, follow, report and solve any BAU and IU issues to help the operation flows properly in the back office/field/factory with compliance and efficient plans.**This role is accountable for receiving, analyzing, inputing and setting up the required information, instructions, training and/or system settings for the IO CoE functional teams and the other BUs stakeholders to perform their work in the back office/field.- Responsible for managing all aspects of auditor work assignment, routes to use and allocation of time to work in specific activities.- Secures compliance of the business rules, market rules, resources rules and establishments rules in the preparation of the work plans- Coordinates with other departments the provisions of all the inputs to execute his work as well as on time delivery of the working plans- Aligns and coordinates with IO COE functional teams and other business units that all inputs and processes are received and executed respectively according to timelines- Analyzes the plans to make recommendations for improvement and efficiencies as well as can execute plans for forecasting future needs and possible changes- Tracks plans for non-compliance to understand causes and when corresponds to adapt adjust plans- Ensures all the work is completely planned complete in the time requested by the activity business- Complies with security levels and data protection protocols.- Communicates when UI issues appear that do not allow the processes to continue properly, and give follow up to them by raising tickets until solution is applied- Defines/Creates/Maintains clusters which are the ´logistics 'areas that allocates stores and auditors, looking for lower costs with maximum operational efficiency- Notify status, requirements, activities an close of the current collection period IO COE Departments and QCT- Ensure and improve the accuracy, consistency and quality of the data collected, and productivity of the Auditor through an optimal Collector Definition- Track plans for non-compliance to understand route causes.- Ensure E2E operating process flow is completely planned complete in the time requested by each activity business- Generate KPI´s and follow support to ensure of a compliance plans- Certify Auditors with input from Sr. Auditors; Train and certify QCTEs- Ensures accurate data in all relevant CDAR modules- Processes new resources / new project / new audit information (in appropriate C-DAR tool)- Maintains existing resources / project / audit information (in appropriate C-DAR tool), including resource requirements (human & tools)**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Masters' degree a plus- Ability to work well in a fast-face environment, high sense of information security and confidentiality.- Have been working Analyst or Executive for 2+ years.- Critical thinking, detailed-oriented and excellent concentration ability- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams- Proactive, responsible, dynamic, and organized- Data analysis/Data mining experience (experience with tools and higher-level analytics, ability to interrogate raw data, to draw conclusions and make recommendations)- Process (performance) management & BPI skills- CDAR modules knowledge- Knowledge of Nielsen products, and other functions- Strong networking skills - ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams- Microsoft office tools, especially in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.Additional Information**About NIQ**NIQ is the world's leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
