As a Business Operations Associate - Customer Support, you will play a key role in driving the organization's growth with your expertise in managing customers. You will build a sustainable relationship with customers and be their trusted advisor showcasing Setara as a consumer-friendly organization. You will achieve "Customer Delight" based on the business processes that are assigned to you & ensure that all issues, weaknesses, and complexities with the processes are resolved with good communication.**What will you do?**In this role, you will execute the back-end Customer Service/ Support operations while ensuring that:- You will create policies and procedures and oversee the customer service provided by the team.- Provide timely, accurate, and complete information to customers using the right tools/channels- Ensure issues are escalated timely to achieve maximum customer satisfaction- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies keeping your distinct style intact- Ensure the highest standards of customer communication & services- Create documentation and records of all interactions- Provide insight to management on the offerings through publishing a dashboard of the queries and complaints periodically.- Continuously update yourself with new products and services that are rolled out**Requirements**:For the role, we are hiring professionals who are performing at an exceptionally high level in their current profile- Graduation from a premier University, relevant experience of 1-3 years, handling customers in a startup and/or a product company is preferable.- Demonstrable experience in managing a variety of stakeholders and conflict resolution based on defined SLAs and processes.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Experience in handling compliances, reconciliations, KYC/CDD- Have decent expertise in MS Office, ERP/CRM portals & managing tools like Freshdesk- Has excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and can think outside the box to proactively provide the right solution.**Benefits**You will be working alongside other passionate and talented people with all the perks and flexibility of a coveted technology product company.
