Business Development Intern (B2B)

Deskimo is a mobile app for the work-from-anywhere workforce. We have created a location-based, instant desk booking app that allows users to pay by the minute to work in a professional environment all at the tap of a button. Businesses love to use Deskimo for their employees, allowing them to work from any Deskimo-listed location at a fraction of the cost of existing pay upfront subscriptions. Deskimo is currently available in Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, and UAE.This role is open to someone who wants to gain experience in B2B business development at a tech marketplace start-up.TasksJob descriptionYou will work with our team to scale Deskimo in Indonesia. As aB2B Business Development Intern, you will be reachingout to businesses to generate demand for our product.Success in this role is, as part of the team, to be a catalyst for growing the Deskimo community. You will also spend time handling a project for the company.**Responsibilities**:- Building up the demand side through BD and account management to companies in Indonesia- Managing a project in the Indonesian market- Be close to our customers, collect feedback, and come up with suggestions on ways to improve our product**Requirements**:- In the last semester or fresh graduate- Business development internship experience is a plus- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Outgoing, creative, and willing to approach potential customers to pitch Deskimo- Hands-on and success driven- Proficiency in English is a must, other languages are a plus- Attention to detail with a particular emphasis on the production of quality work- Analytical thinking, strong commercial judgment, and a well-developed sense of responsibility**Benefits**:- Paid internship- Access to work anywhere at Indonesia Deskimo locations
