Whether you're an experienced professional pursuing a hospitality career or a student aspiring to learn more about the dynamic serviced residence sector, Ascott offers ample opportunities for individuals seeking to expand their horizons beyond boundaries.- Across a variety of roles in hospitality management and corporate support functions, we welcome to bring your personality and style and be part of the Ascott team that is deeply committed to providing heartfelt service and creating award-winning experiences for our guests.- Be Yourself, Be Part of Our Journey!-- Job Description- Support management contract deals in Indonesia- Conduct market research on demand and supply, price and occupancy of hospitality industry- Develop and maintain financial and asset models for analyzing performance and preparing asset reports on properties- Proactive management of existing assets including monitoring of operating performance, AEIs, resolving ongoing issues pertaining to financing, ownerships and regulations- Prepare management reporting and other related ad-hoc requests such as sector retreats and board meetings- Job Requirement- At least 2 years' experience in a Business Development /Real Estate/Strategy role or equivalent- A Bachelor's Degree in Business/Real Estate Management/Finances or equivalent from reputable local or overseas universities is highly preferred- Experience in property fund or asset management with good understanding of the real estate industry will be advantageous- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Third language mastery is a plus point- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
